Please download the SCRIP form here. Click on "Personal Order Form" under the heading "Ordering and Receiving" on the right to access the form, fill it out and send to the school. You can pick up your orders on Fridays and the orders will be given to parents only, unless otherwise indicated. Remember Pacific Crest receives anywhere from 4-10% of these everyday purchases.
