Pacific Crest Community School
is a student-focused, fully-accredited independent school for grades six through twelve located in Portland, Oregon. The school was founded by five teachers in 1993, and is democratically run by its staff and student body. From the beginning, the school has been dedicated equally to both: its students, whose discovery of the world and their place in it is the greatest journey of all; and to its teachers, who have found that learning and teaching go both ways—and always hand in hand.

PCCS 2012 Annual Auction

Pacific Crest Community School is thrilled to announce Rock Around the Clock, our fifth annual auction. Save the date for a retro themed evening which promises to be a night of fun, friendship and fundraising. This exciting evening of silent and live auction, dining and entertainment will take place on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 6pm at the Oaks Park Dance Pavilion.

We expect the auction to sell out, so get your tickets today!. Don’t miss your chance to bid on food and wine, arts and crafts, fine dining, theater tickets, and lots of amazing outdoor & indoor adventures. But most of all, help support our kids at Pacific Crest Community School.

Focusing on Service Learning

Tuesday Tours

Every Tuesday morning, the directors of Pacific Crest welcome prospective students and families to visit and learn about our school. This tour is the first step in understanding what the Pacific Crest experience is all about, and seeing first hand what makes us unique. Visitors will be able to meet with Becky and Jenny in a small Q&A session, and then have the opportunity to sit in at our weekly, student-led school meeting, one of the fundamentals of our community focus. Afterwards, families can tour the building and speak with students and teachers about their experiences here at PCCS.
